We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at terradesk@163.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at terradesk@163.com.
